Prepare and Relax:

Find a comfortable position—sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg raised often works well.
Insertion:

Gently squeeze the disc between your thumb and forefinger to form an oval shape.
With one hand, separate your labia, and with the other, slide the disc into your vaginal canal at a horizontal angle, aiming toward your tailbone.
Push it back until it fits snugly behind your pubic bone.
Wearing the Disc:
